Risk disclosure
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Trading fixed-time contracts — also called binary options, digital options or quick trades — is high-risk and not suitable for everyone. You can lose all the money you trade, and losses can come fast. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
How fixed-time trades work
You choose a direction (higher or lower) and an expiry, for example 5 seconds. If the price at expiry is on your side, you receive a fixed payout that is usually smaller than your stake — in the Pocket Robot practice round a winning $1 trade returned about $1.90, your dollar back plus roughly $0.90. If it is not, you lose the whole stake.
Because a win pays less than a loss costs, you need to win more than half of your trades — about 53% at that payout — just to break even.
Very short expiries
Trades that expire within seconds or minutes react mostly to random price noise. Outcomes over such periods are close to unpredictable, and many quick trades in a row can drain a balance quickly.
Signals and automated trading
Pocket Robot produces its signals by automated technical analysis, using indicators such as RSI, MACD and moving averages. Indicators describe past prices; they do not reliably predict future ones. Signals can be wrong, late, or interrupted by technical problems on Telegram, in the bot or at the broker.
Raising the stake after a loss
Some practice levels raise the next stake after a losing trade so that one win recovers the loss (the bot calls this Smart Scaling; in Level 1 the stake went from $1 to $2.30). With real money, this approach multiplies the amount at risk during a losing streak and can empty an account quickly.
Practice results are not live results
The practice levels use a virtual balance. Results achieved with virtual funds — including any profit, balance or accuracy figures shown in the bot — do not predict or guarantee results with real money.
Third-party broker
Live trading takes place on Pocket Option, a third-party broker that we do not operate. Its payouts, deposit and withdrawal rules, regulatory status and availability are set by Pocket Option. Read its terms and its own risk disclosure before opening an account.
Pocket Option states that it does not provide services to residents of the EEA countries, USA, Israel, UK, Philippines, Japan and Brazil.
Legal restrictions and taxes
Fixed-time trading and its promotion are restricted or prohibited in a number of countries. You are responsible for checking that you are allowed to trade such products where you live, and for any taxes on your results. You must be at least 18 years old.
No advice
Nothing on this website or in the bot is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Consider getting independent advice before you trade.
Conflict of interest
This website is operated by an independent marketing partner. We may receive compensation based on the registrations and trading activity of users who reach Pocket Option through this website and the bot. This is a conflict of interest: we can benefit when you trade, including when you lose.
